Current Openings

We are looking for a talented architect with 3–7 years of experience in high-end residential design to join our Muscat studio. You will work across all stages of projects — from concept through to construction supervision — on villa and compound projects across Oman.

Responsibilities

  • Develop architectural concepts from brief through to detailed design
  • Prepare and coordinate design drawings, specifications, and schedules
  • Liaise with structural and MEP engineers to produce coordinated packages
  • Manage authority submission processes with Muscat Municipality
  • Attend site meetings and provide construction supervision support
  • Contribute to the studio's design culture and knowledge-sharing

Requirements

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture
  • 3–7 years of experience in residential architecture, preferably in the GCC
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit; SketchUp and Rhino are an advantage
  • Strong design sensibility and attention to detail
  • Familiarity with Oman authority requirements is a significant advantage
  • Excellent written and spoken English; Arabic is an advantage

We are seeking an experienced interior designer to join our integrated design team in Muscat. You will lead interior design packages for high-end residential projects — developing spatial concepts, material palettes, joinery specifications, and FF&E schedules from concept through to handover.

Responsibilities

  • Lead interior design from concept through to construction documentation
  • Develop material palettes, finish schedules, and FF&E specifications
  • Produce detailed joinery drawings and coordinate with specialist suppliers
  • Collaborate closely with the architecture team from project inception
  • Manage client presentations and design review meetings
  • Source and specify furniture, lighting, and decorative elements

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Interior Design or Architecture
  • 4–8 years of experience in luxury residential interior design
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite
  • 3D visualisation skills (3ds Max, V-Ray, or equivalent)
  • Strong knowledge of materials, finishes, and procurement in the GCC market
  • Portfolio demonstrating high-end residential projects

We are looking for a structural engineer with experience in reinforced concrete residential buildings to join our engineering team in Muscat. You will work on villa and compound projects across Oman, producing structural designs and coordinating with the architecture and MEP teams.

Responsibilities

  • Produce structural designs for reinforced concrete residential buildings
  • Prepare structural drawings and specifications for authority submission and construction
  • Coordinate structural design with architectural and MEP drawings
  • Carry out foundation design based on geotechnical investigation reports
  • Provide technical support during construction and review shop drawings
  • Maintain registration with the Engineering Council of Oman

Requirements

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Civil or Structural Engineering
  • 4–8 years of experience in structural design, preferably in Oman or the GCC
  • Proficiency in ETABS, SAFE, or equivalent structural analysis software
  • Registered or eligible for registration with the Engineering Council of Oman
  • Strong understanding of Omani building codes and authority requirements
  • Excellent coordination and communication skills

We are looking for an organised and proactive project coordinator to support our Dubai team. You will manage project documentation, coordinate between disciplines, track deliverables, and support client communication across a portfolio of residential and commercial projects in the UAE.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate project documentation and drawing registers across disciplines
  • Track project milestones, deliverables, and action items
  • Support client communication and prepare meeting minutes
  • Manage authority submission processes with Dubai Municipality and DDA
  • Coordinate with contractors and specialist consultants
  • Maintain project management systems and reporting

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, or Project Management
  • 2–5 years of experience in a design consultancy or construction environment
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management tools
  • Familiarity with Dubai authority submission processes is an advantage
  • Excellent written and spoken English; Arabic is an advantage
