The Address Engineering Consultancy & Interior Design is a multidisciplinary studio founded and led by Eng. Abdullah Al Balushi. We are part of The Address Group — an Omani institution whose professional services roots extend back to 1960. That heritage shapes how we work: with long-term thinking, deep regional knowledge, and a commitment to client trust that goes beyond individual projects.
Headquartered in Muscat with a branch in Dubai, the studio has delivered more than 3,000 projects across all six GCC countries. Our work spans private villas, residential compounds, commercial developments, mixed-use projects, and large-scale infrastructure — always with the same integrated approach: architecture, interiors, engineering, and supervision under one roof.
We are not a large corporate firm. We are a founder-led studio that takes on projects where our integrated expertise adds real value — and where the client wants a team that is genuinely invested in the outcome.
