Yes. We have delivered projects across all six GCC countries — Oman, UAE, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Bahrain, and Kuwait. Our team has the regional knowledge and authority experience to work across the Gulf.

We begin with a discovery conversation — either in person at our Muscat office, or via video call. We listen to your brief, understand your site, timeline, and budget, and explain how we would approach the project. There is no obligation at this stage.

Yes. Our integrated model covers architecture, interior design, structural engineering, supervision, and project management — all under one roof. You can engage us for the full scope or for specific phases.

Timelines vary significantly by project type and scope. A private villa design and documentation phase typically takes 3–6 months. Supervision and construction phases depend on contractor performance and project complexity. We provide a detailed programme at the start of each project.
