Brief & Discovery
We begin by listening. A thorough understanding of your brief — your vision, your site, your budget, and your timeline — is the foundation of everything that follows.
Concept Design
We develop initial design concepts that respond to the brief, the site, and the Gulf context. We present options, explain our thinking, and refine based on your feedback.
Design Development
The approved concept is developed in detail — floor plans, sections, elevations, materials, and finishes — until the design is fully resolved and ready for documentation.
Documentation & Approvals
We produce construction-ready technical documentation and manage the authority submission process — Muscat Municipality, DDA, or the relevant authority for your project location.
Construction & Supervision
During construction, our supervision team monitors quality, resolves issues, and ensures the built result matches the design intent. We stay involved until handover.
